How Digital Submission Works

Digital Submission for Your Clients’ Fingerprint Cards

Already collecting ink fingerprints or FBI background check forms? You don’t have to mail anything. We handle everything digitally.

How it works:

  1. Scan documents

    Use a flatbed scanner or the scanner on top of your printer/copier.

    Resolution: at least 500 dpi (600 dpi preferred)

    Document types: completed fingerprint cards or background check reports

  2. Save as PDF

    Save each client’s documents as a PDF file.

  3. Email

    Send the PDF(s) to us by email, and we’ll take care of the digital submission on your behalf.

This lets you keep offering the same in-person fingerprinting or notary services you already do, while we handle the secure, compliant digital side in the background. No mailing documents, no special equipment beyond a scanner, and faster turnaround for your clients.
